When you request a quote, book a service, or sign up to receive text messages from us, we may collect your name and contact information (mobile phone number, email address), vehicle information (year, make, model, condition), service address and appointment details, payment information (processed by our third-party payment/booking provider), and any communications you send us. We use this information to schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments; send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and crew/service status updates; send review requests after a completed service; with your consent, send promotional offers and seasonal updates; respond to your questions; and improve our services and website.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through our online booking page, Trinity Auto Werx may send you text messages related to booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew/service status updates, review requests, and — if you separately opt in — promotional offers.
Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information, including phone numbers and opt-in consent status, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This does not include our SMS platform/messaging service provider, who processes messages on our behalf solely to deliver the communications described in this Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business (booking/calendar platform, payment processor, SMS/text messaging platform) solely to perform services on our behalf, and with law enforcement or regulators if required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
