SMS Program Description
By opting in through our online booking page at trinityautowerx.com, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Trinity Auto Werx related to: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, crew and service status updates (e.g., "on our way," "job complete"), review requests after a completed service, and — only if you separately opt in — promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal updates.
How to Opt In: End users opt in by visiting www.trinityautowerx.com, booking a service, and entering their mobile phone number. During checkout, end users check a box — unchecked by default and separate from acceptance of these Terms — agreeing to receive text messages from Trinity Auto Werx as described above.
Message Frequency, Cost & How to Opt Out
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your bookings, appointments, and communication preferences. You may receive transactional messages tied to each booking and, if opted in, periodic promotional messages.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out: You can cancel text messages at any time by texting "STOP." After you send "STOP," we will send a confirmation message and you will not receive any further messages from us unless you opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers.
